At Grivista, we’re looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys building client relationships, and is eager to grow in the IT solutions space. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and collaborating with our technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

  • Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in domestic and international markets

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals

  • Build a strong pipeline through lead generation, networking, and market research

  • Actively acquire new clients through outreach, referrals, and targeted campaigns

  • Nurture client relationships and maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders

  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and product demos effectively

  • Collaborate with technical and design teams to prepare winning proposals and customized solutions

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals aligned with company goals

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting using CRM tools

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to optimize outreach strategies

  • Represent Grivista at industry events, expos, and virtual conferences to build brand awareness
